CollectCo is live with 800 Collection Points
Collectco Services has finally announced CollectCo, a network of over 800 physical collection points that actually offers parcel delivery and collection services for e-commerce merchants and customers in Malaysia.
What CollectCo seems to be focusing on compared to a conventional delivery service is to solve the biggest issues like, for Online Shoppers, the inconvenience and lack of delivery options to receive or return their parcels and with Merchants, the trouble of ensuring parcels reach their customers reliably and on time.
Seven months after their soft launch, today CollectCo is now working with 15,000 merchants from major marketplaces including Lazada, Zalora, Lelong.my, Hermo (not Hermes), Gundam, Sally Fashion. Not only that, they’re also adding more merchants everyday. These merchants comprises of E-commerce platforms, small SMEs, mom and pop stores and many more.
Customers can pick up or return their purchases from their nearest collection points across the country like Mydin, Senheng, Caring Pharmacy Fotokem, CNI, Happy Mart, Thunder Match and more.
The process is simple and straightforward. The collection point is chosen, the customer will be given a code and will be informed via SMS or email once the parcel reaches the collection point that you selected. You also can collect it anytime, but do take note that if you don’t collect it within 7 days, your package will be returned back.
