Grab's Loyalty Programme, GrabReward is here
Grab, Southeast Asia’s ride hailing company has come up with something that gives their customer more than they desire. GrabRewards is a regional loyalty programme for their ride-hailing users.
What it does is that, it offers really good benefits for the customer based on the points they claim. The more you take, the more points you earn. With the points, you can reward yourself with exclusive promotion just for grab users, with specifically GrabTaxi, GrabCar, GrabShare.
Every new users will start at the Member tier and users will be placed in Silver, ,Gold or Platinum based on the total spent in the last six month. Users will be earning 1 points for every RM 1 spent. If you happen to pay with cash, you’ll earn 5 times the the points whereas with GrabPay, you will earn 10 times more. The more you use GrabPay, the faster you climb up the ladder from silver, gold and all the way up to platinum.
You can use the points to redeem instant RM 5, 10 and 15 off Grab Rides. Fun fact, the redemption value from GrabRewards is up to 8.8% from a passenger’s total spent on Grab. As I mentioned earlier, you’ll also be able to enjoy exclusive deals from Tesco, Happy Fresh, myBurgerLab, Forever 21, Flower Chimp, Zalora, dahmakan and more.
Once you’re in the Platinum tier, you’ll get more perks. Such as, Priority Booking where the preference will be given to them when booking a ride during peak hours. Platinum Support line, an immediate assistance through a dedicated hotline. And Exclusive Access to new features grab introduces.
