Vivo launched their Dual Front Camera, V5 Plus.

Hey guys. On Friday, Vivo, a smartphone company that’s been getting a lot of attention lately with their offerings, has finally released the V5 Plus. It’s a new smartphone in their V5 Series. And this time, they’ve made something that’s interesting. And let’s take a quick look at the device itself.

First Look:

On the front of the device, we have a 5.5” FHD Display which looks bright and clear. Above the display, we’ll find the Dual Front Camera, followed by the earpiece speaker, proximity sensor. And at the bottom, we have the capacitive touch buttons and the fingerprint sensor that let’s you unlock your device at ease.

On one side, we have the Sim card slot and on the other side, we have the power and also the volume rockers.

The headphone jack, Micro USB port and also the speaker is located at the bottom and you don’t really find anything else on the top. It’s clean.

Finally, on the back of the device. You’ll find the 16MP Rear facing camera, the Vivo branding Logo and also the “Manufactured by” engravings at the bottom. If you take a closer look at the design of the phone, you’ll see a difference in the antenna bands. Instead of going under those camera module, it goes over thus giving you better cell reception and so on.

First Impression:

At 5.5” inch, this phone is not small. It does have this thin and curved design going on. And honestly, the aluminium back and the front glass gives that feel of holding a premium device. It’s a bit thick, because the battery in this phone is 3160 mAh.

And the gold color of this device, doesn’t look too shabby. It’s light and nice. Kinda like the way I’d like a gold color phone to look like. The camera layout is pretty good.

Speaking of the camera, the front facing camera has a 20MP + 8MP sensor that let’s you take selfies like you’ve never imagined before. I tried it and it looks good. But to test out the camera completely, I’d have to take a closer look at it.
